What is the difference between the Cert. Project Manager and the Cert. Senior Project Manager certification?

The content of the exam is the same for both certifications, i.e. the respective test is generated randomly from the same pool of questions. During the certification as Cert. Project Manager (IAPM) only the theoretical knowledge in the field of project management is tested. Experience is not necessary, but advantageous. A Cert. Senior Project Manager (IAPM) must have at least five years of practical experience in project management in addition to his specialist knowledge. Three years of this time should be proven to be in a management position or a position with considerable scope of responsibility.

The IAPM certification

The certification can be taken via a reputable online examination procedure. The costs are based on the gross domestic product of your country of origin.
