KNOWLEDGE ACQUISITION
These days, knowledge is acquired with a wide range of methods and media. More and more ‘traditional‘ learning methods are being replaced by modern ones.
The problem - The modern methods often lack the examination and certificate that are integrated in traditional methods.
KNOWLEDGE TESTING
The solution - The IAPM is committed to examining knowledge objectively, neutrally and in accordance with the latest research/ development findings.
The IAPM deliberately does not prescribe how to acquire the necessary knowledge.
However, project experience is mandatory for some types of certification.
KNOWLEDGE VERIFICATION
The IAPM issues a numbered certificate to candidates who pass the examination which confirms their level of knowledge at the time of the examination. A certificate’s authenticity - and therefore the holder’s level of knowledge - can be verified online by entering the certificate holder’s name and certification level.
USE OF THE CERTIFICATE
The certificate officially documents the holder’s knowledge and can be used for various purposes such as in job applications, in a professional environment or by the company as verification of employees‘ competence in customer acquisition or communication processes.
