He holds MBA and M.Sc in Project Management Technology from Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) in Nigeria. He has implemented technical and strategic projects in telecommunications sector. Chris is a freelance project management trainer for PMP certification and part-time lecturer in university and polytechnic in Nigeria. Eljaroshi, Abdelsalam

Abdelsalam Eljaroshi (MBA) is a project and programme management specialist, consultant and coach. He has a background in civil and environmental engineering (PG diploma) and system engineering (BSc), with more than eight years of experience in various project management and coordination positions. He has been involved in diverse projects, from plant construction to telecommunications. He was programme assistant and coordinator in various education and development projects for UNICEF, Save the Children and the Libyan Ministry for Education. He has worked as project and process planning consultant for major international plant engineering companies. Today, he is a consultant to project, programme and portfolio managers at a diverse range of companies. Kyakulumbye Ph.D., Stephen
Senior Official for the Metropolitan Area of Kampala (Uganda)
Dr. Stephen Kyakulumbye is a Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM) and a professional member of the Project Management Association of Project Management South Africa (PMSA). Holds a Doctoral of Philosophy in Information Systems, Masters in Project Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management all aligned to ICT/IS Project Management. With the Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Education and as a registered Graduate Educator by Ministry of Education and Sports, Uganda, he has held several capacities as a Graduate Registered Educator/Trainer. Stephen’s trainer experience spans across regions including the East African Region, South Africa, USA and Germany. He has been in the project management environment for over ten years as a consultant and team leader. Stephen is the founder member of Association of Project Managers, Uganda; a body of project management professionals whose vision is to work towards improving the project performance results in Uganda and surrounding nations registered by the Registration Services Bureau of Uganda. In terms of consulting, he is the Director of SITS Consults International (pty) a registered firm by the Intellectual Commission Property of South Africa. Research and project management focus is in areas of e-government, e-learning, online distance education design and deployment using participatory design methods and participatory action research methodology and harnessing design science paradigm. Specifically, the project work aims at developing citizen or customer-centric e-based projects in developing contexts in order to bridge the design-reality gap imminent in design of projects for low income citizens.

Magallanes-Villamor, Jr., Antonio

Antonio Magallanes-Villamor, Jr. is currently the Head of the Internal Audit Unit of the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) and Bioversity International (Bioversity), which are both member centers of the Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). Tony, as he is called, is a professional Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE), Certified Internal Controls Auditor (IIC) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Philippines, a Certified Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional and Auditor (GRCP and GRCA) from the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG), a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM), Certified Senior Project Manager (CSPM), Certified Senior Agile Project Manager (CSAPM), Certified Project Manager (CPM), and a Certified Agile Project Manager (CAPM) from the International Association of Project Managers (IAPM). Sunday Oluwafemi Semire is Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM), he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science. He has managed innovative and strategic projects and operations in the field of furniture making, interior design (for homes, hotels, kitchens and offices), sales and business development, IT infrastructure and software development with track record of successfully delivering complex projects. He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), associate member of Global Institute of Project Management (GIPM) and a certified Chartered Project Manager (GIPM).
He is the founder and CEO of the start-up Movalue Consulting, an organisation that specialises in project management consultancy, training and management consultants. Togom, Collins
Official for the Metropolitan Area of Nairobi (Kenya)
Collins Kipkoech Togom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development from Daystar University and just finalised the Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management at Maseno University. He has extensive knowledge in community empowerment projects and programmes, more specifically youth programmes. He engages in project management, community and resource mobilisation, curriculum development, project and programme design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, proposal writing as well as research. He is trained in Trainer of Trainers (TOT), economic empowerment and leadership and management and conflict transformation.
He currently works as a Program Manager at International Needs Kenya (Homecare Spiritual Fellowship). Collins has won recognition and awards in Community Service and Servant Leadership from Daystar University and Shujaa Wa Ukarimu from Ukarimu Ministries.
Other interest areas that Collins is involved include leading several youth investments groups and projects. Collins founded the organisation Lukenya Pillars of Transformation which is a community-based organisation addressing community challenges and meeting the needs. The organisation has achieved a lot major among founding Daystar Mulandi Primary School, Economic Empowerment Trainings, Community Health Facility coming up and improved security among others. Mahesh Ev is a project manager with more than 11 years of practical experience.
