Web-learning platform for the Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) and Certified Senior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) certification level
In late June 2022, we published the final part of the web-learning platform that prepares interested people for the Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) exam. As of today, the first part of the next web-learning platform is also available online: Anyone who wants to be certified as Certified (Senior) Agile Project Manager (IAPM) will find what they are looking for here.
The Certified (Senior) Agile Project Manager (IAPM) certification exam consists of Scrum - basically the content of the Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) - extended by the agile project environment, Kanban, Extreme Programming and the people in an agile project. As the web-learning platform related to Scrum already exists, only the following content is missing for the completion of the Certified (Senior) Agile Project Manager (IAPM) web-learning platform:
- Project environment in agile projects
- Product Goal - this chapter is part of Scrum, but not relevant for our certification exam for the Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM)
- Kanban
- Extreme Programming
- Team building
- Motivation
- Conflict management
For our first release, we have decided to complete Scrum, i.e. to include the Product Goal, and to introduce the agile project environment. All other chapters will be published in the course of the next few weeks. We will follow the same approach as for the Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) web-learning platform: a new chapter will be published every fortnight, so the web-learning platform is expected to be completed by the beginning of December.
What to expect
The structure of the new web-learning platform is already in place, the individual chapters only need to be filled with content. All chapters are already accessible, but for some chapters, instead of the content, you will find the information when you can expect the publication. Each content chapter is divided into two sub-chapters the theory part and the exercise part. There you will find definitions of the most important terms as well as exercises with which you can test your newly acquired knowledge. Please note that these exercise questions are not questions from the original exam and are for practice only.
Whenever we publish a new chapter, we will inform you about it on LinkedIn. So it's worth following us!
