What is the difference between the Cert. Agile Project Manager and the Cert. Senior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) certification?

The content of the exam is the same for both certifications, i.e. the respective test is generated randomly from the same pool of questions. During the certification to Cert. Agile Project Manager (IAPM) only the theoretical knowledge in the field of agile project management is tested. Experience is not necessary, but advantageous. A Cert. Senior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) must have at least five years of practical experience in agile project management in addition to his specialist knowledge. Three years of this time should be proven to be in a management position or a position with considerable scope of responsibility.
