All applicants seeking certification must, before the examination commences, provide the following sworn declaration. This declaration is intended to facilitate proper examination, is treated in accordance with applicable law and forms part of the applicant’s personal file. Processing is undertaken pursuant to the EU GDPR. The purpose of processing is the examination, certification, and management of the certificates.
