Web-learning platform Team Building
We are gradually on the final stretch of our web-learning platform. We have now covered all the chapters on Scrum and the agile methods Kanban and Extreme Programming and are now starting with the soft skills in agile projects. We begin with the topic of team building. This is followed by the topics of motivation and conflict management.
You already know team building from traditional projects or from your routine tasks, because teams are not project-specific. In this chapter, we go into the probably best-known team development model according to Tuckman, but also explain to you which special aspects you need to pay attention to in an Agile Team or a Scrum Team. As usual, you will find a summary of the most important technical terms and some exercises at the end.
Your opinion matters
Starting today, everything on the web-learning platform will focus on the important topic of "people in the project". As already mentioned, we will not only cover team building, but also motivation and conflict management. But that doesn't have to be all. If you work in an agile project and have a topic that concerns you and that you would like to learn more about, then let us know! Your opinion matters a lot to us. After you have shared your ideas with us, we will evaluate the requested topics internally and you may soon learn more about them on our web-learning platform or in the form of a blog article.
