Web-learning platform Kanban

Two weeks ago we published the first chapters of the web-learning platform "Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM)" and "Certified Senior Agile Project Manager (IAPM)". The Scrum topic has been completed with this release. The latest version is all about Kanban - an agile method that can be used in a wide range of projects.

In the latest chapter you will learn how to proceed if you want to use the Kanban method and what you have to consider. The structure of this chapter is the same as you already are familiar with. There is a subchapter in which you are introduced to the theory. There you will learn everything about Kanban: from the principles and practices to the bottlenecks. At the end of the theoretical part you will find a comparison of Scrum and Kanban. The next subchapter is the exercise part. There you will find a summary of the most important terms as well as exercises.

Have there been any changes to previous versions?
