Web-learning platform Conflict Management
Today is the day: After several weeks of successive publication of our web-learning platform for Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) / Certified Senior Agile Project Manager (IAPM), the last chapter was published. However, we have not only added the chapter "Conflict Management" - but we have also revised the entire platform, corrected minor and major spelling and presentation errors and standardised the images. If you have already used the platform to prepare for one of the two exams mentioned above, you do not need to go through everything again, because nothing has changed in terms of content. However, if you want to start learning now, we hope that the new design will make it easier for you to remember what you have learned.
We are very pleased that with the completion of this platform, we can provide a free web-learning course for all our certifications in the traditional and agile sectors, and everyone can prepare for these certifications individually, at their own pace:
How should you use the web-learning platform?
If you are aiming for the Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) or Certified Senior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) certification, then you should definitely take a look at our web-learning platform - even if you already have experience in agile project management. Keep in mind that the exam requires you to answer 120 questions within 80 minutes and to pass the exam you need to answer at least 65 % of the questions correctly - without any preparation this is going to be difficult.
We recommend reading the introductory story first. This will give a good overview of agile project management, when it is used and what benefits it brings. Then you can work your way forward chapter by chapter. It makes sense to read the chapter with the theoretical content first and take notes. Some people benefit from taking handwritten notes of what they have learned, other study types learn better if they save the respective page as a PDF document, mark the most important passages and annotate them. As soon as you have internalised the theoretical content, you can continue with the exercise section. There you will find a summary of all the important terms. However, the last part of the page is much more important for the exercise: there you will find questions that you can answer independently. Afterwards, you can see the solution and check whether your answer was correct.
Proceed this way chapter by chapter. Once you have worked through all the chapters, you can either register directly for the certification exam or for the self-test. The self-test is not compulsory and is not included in the certification fee, but we recommend that all candidates take this test as it will give you a feel for the tasks and what it is like to take a test under pressure. You will also receive feedback on your deficits, which will help you with further preparation.
However, you decide, we recommend that you go through the entire content of the web-learning platform again in detail prior to the exam and look at all the tables and images and internalise them.
