Web-learning platform for the Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) certification level
Everybody can prepare for the IAPM certification in the way they want to. If someone wants to have the support of a training partner, that is one possibility. Another option is for the candidate to acquire the theory by reading technical literature. Another alternative is to prepare for the IAPM certifications using our web-learning platforms. For about two and a half years we have been offering a web-learning platform to help candidates prepare for the Certified Junior Project Manager (IAPM) certification, and for almost two years we have also been offering a web-learning platform for the other two certification levels in traditional project management: Certified Project Manager (IAPM) and Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM). The two traditional web learning platforms were implemented traditionally. They were planned, developed, tested and only when everything was ready they were published. For these two projects, it was important to us that the complete web-learning platform was finished before we made it available to the candidates. Yet why actually?
The project "Web-learning platform - Scrum" organised in an agile way
The demand for certifications in agile project management has increased more and more in recent years and we decided to meet this demand and develop a web-learning platform for agile project management. However, we wanted to approach this project differently from the project of the already existing web-learning platforms. We decided to implement this project in the spirit of agile project management: incrementally, i.e. step by step.
Continuous creation of added value and rapid troubleshooting
We believe that this allows us to offer you continuous added value. It goes without saying that we will be able to respond more flexibly to wishes and suggestions, quickly capture new features and eliminate any bugs that occur promptly and easily - because we are aware that there will be bugs. The structure
The structure of the web-learning platform is already in place - it just needs to be filled with content. The introduction to Scrum including a story and the first chapter "Roles in Scrum" are already accessible. Here you learn everything about the three central roles: the Product Owner, the Scrum Master and the Developers. In addition to the theory, there is also an exercise section. Besides the definitions of the most important technical terms, you will also be asked exercise questions that you can answer yourself. Please note that these practice questions are not original exam questions and are for practice only.
