This week, these three articles were particularly inspiring:
Do OKRs work with jobs to be done?
Objectives and Key Results (OKR) is a framework that helps you set goals and measure metrics. Jobs to be done (JTBD) is a method used to identify customer needs. But how can the JTBD method benefit from OKR? First of all, it is important to identify the jobs to be done in order to find out why customers buy or do something. Vacuum sandwich? Try Obeya ... - (German language)
Perhaps you know it from your everyday life: the ideas of the management and those of the teams working in the operational area are often far apart. Companies where these problems occur usually have a vacuum between the different levels. And there is a lack of communication, discussion and participation. In the so-called Obeya method, members of operational teams meet regularly management staff to jointly consider where the project currently stands and how to proceed.

How DevOps has changed agile processes - (German language)
DevOps is intended to resolve the conflict of goals between the operation and the development of a product, because the focus during development is on the software that is being developed, whereas the focus during operation is on the infrastructure. In the transition from development to operation, there is a "wall of confusion", which is to be eliminated through the use of DevOps and cross-functional teams. In the course of the last few years, a number of best practices have emerged in this context, which Dr Christoph Ehlers presents to you in detail in his article: The role of the Product Owner, the idea of "story parents", the use of feedback loops and Kanban.
