This week, these three articles were particularly inspiring:
All You Need to Know About Agile Contract Management
Our world is constantly changing. A company must be ready to adapt at any time. In traditionally organised projects, this is often difficult or impossible due to rigid structures. This is where agile contract management steps in. Its use makes it possible to make necessary changes to contracts for the benefit of project implementation. In this way, it is possible to react optimally to changing framework conditions and ensure a high degree of flexibility. Agile contracts are a win-win situation for all parties involved, because they promote communication and cooperation between the contractual partners and minimise contract violations and associated penalties, as necessary changes can be made. Which paragraphs are suitable for agile contracts? We recommend you read the original article!

Scrumfall: When Agile becomes Waterfall by another name
Of course, many companies tell you that they practice Scrum if you ask them. Internally, however, the reality often is different: Process-oriented work, micro-management from the top down and non-existent flexibility. So actually a waterfall model that claims to be Scrum. This exists and is called Scrumfall. Small waterfall models for individual tasks that are forced into the Scrum framework even though it doesn't fit. Because no matter how you spin it, the waterfall model is no longer up-to-date and is only suitable, if at all, for rudimentary tasks where you know everything one hundred percent. For everything that is not trivial, waterfall or "Scrumfall" is not suitable. The biggest advantage of agile working, having a better product in the end, only comes about anyway when you fully implement agile working. We recommend the original article!

Agile errors in reasoning No. 4: Coachingitis - German language
There was a time when probably nobody talked about agile working. The success of a company and projects depended solely on managers - universal talents in every discipline who had the greatest expertise and could lead their employees. At least that was the idea. In practice, unfortunately, it often looks different, because managers are promoted. So of course they shine with professional competence and the company secures their knowledge, the missing management knowledge is to be acquired through seminars. Often, this means losing a good professional and gaining a bad manager. This is where agility comes into play, after all, with self-organised teams you don't need a manager. Since agility doesn't usually happen on its own, many companies get a coach on board, which is a great thing. Unfortunately, many companies tend to integrate this coach permanently. This makes it difficult to improve processes because the original idea, to get an outside view, is missing again. And now? You can find out in the original article!
