Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) - web-learning platform Part 8
It feels like many weeks have passed since the previous part of our web-learning platform was published. And indeed: a glance at the calendar shows us that the last chapter was published three weeks ago - but don't worry, we are still on schedule as planned. Perhaps you have used the last three weeks to deepen your newly acquired knowledge and perhaps even apply it in practice?
The new chapter is all about the Sprint Review. You will learn why the Sprint Review has to be carried out in a Scrum project and which advantages result for the Developers. In addition, the new chapter describes which tasks are assigned to the Scrum Master and the Product Owner.
There is one thing we would like to share with you right here in the blog: during the sprint review, the Increment of the previous Sprint is not simply presented, but demonstrated live and - which is very important - the Developers receive feedback. You can find out everything else on the web-learning platform.

No changes to the content of the previous version
As usual, we have corrected minor errors, but these do not affect what you have learned so far. Nothing has changed in terms of content, so apart from the new chapter you do not need to acquire any additional knowledge. If you have any questions about the content, feel free to send us a message via our Wishlist or find a learning partner via LinkedIn.
What do you think about the Sprint Review?
In theory, the Sprint Review is a Scrum Meeting that offers many advantages: The Increment can be tested live, the Developers can receive feedback straight from the Product Owner or from stakeholders and implement this feedback directly. There are no intermediate stages and communication can be performed promptly. But what is your opinion? Have you already had experiences that you would like to share with our community or do you think that there are also disadvantages associated with the Sprint Review? Feel free to share your opinion below our LinkedIn post or send us your thoughts anonymously via the form below. We look forward to reading your comments.
