Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) - web-learning platform Part 11
Today the day has finally come. We have been working towards this day for half a year and today we are happy to say that we have completed the content of our web-learning platform for the "Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM)" certification. The last chapter "Release Planning" was published today and we hope you are as excited about it as we are!
Release Planning, which is not an official Scrum Meeting, can take place at the beginning of a Scrum project - and yet this is our last chapter. For good reason, we think. In the last few weeks you have learned everything you need to know about a Scrum project in order to find your way in the world of Scrum. If we had introduced you to the chapter "Release Planning" right at the beginning, we probably would have intimidated every Scrum newcomer instead of helping them to get to know the topic of Scrum.
How things will go from here
In terms of content, we have now covered all the topics that are important for you as a prospective Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM). If you work through the content from start to finish, internalise it and look for parallels in your everyday work, then you will be optimally prepared for the exam. But it's not only you who will have to become active. We will also take another look at our web-learning platform: although everything is covered in terms of content, we will go through it again completely, look for mistakes and, if necessary, add something at one point or another. But don't worry: If there are any major changes, we will of course inform you - either here on the blog or on our LinkedIn page. One thing is important for us to mention again at this point: Our web-learning platform is "living". If there are any updates or news, we will include them. As always, we also care about your opinion. If you have comments, you can submit them via our Wishlist. We will review your comments and take the next steps.
But that's not our only task. Now that the content of the Certified Junior Agile Project Manager (IAPM) web-learning platform is complete, we will start our next project: The Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) web-learning platform. Stay tuned!
