PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION
HAS A POSITIVE EFFECT ON CAREER AND
GENERALLY ALSO ON SALARY.
This certification level is intended for man-
agers who want to obtain confirmation of
their agile project management know-
how. The candidate has to demonstrate a
knowledge of all competence elements of
agile project management, such as scrum
and kanban, in the examination. Previous
experience is not necessary, but it is ad-
vantageous.
CERTIFIED AGILE PROJECT
MANAGER (IAPM)
This certification is intended for project
managers with at least five years of pro-
fessional experience in an agile project
environment who want to have their agile
project management knowledge and expe-
rience certified. Three of these years must
have been in a senior position or a position
with major responsibilities. All project his-
tories are checked by the IAPM.
