Yes it is according to Dr Hans Stromeyer, Representative of the International Association of Project Managers (IAPM), coach and proprietor of the management consultancy firm, Stromeyer & Partners.

In a lengthy article, Hans Stromeyer discusses the fundamental mechanisms that existed back in the 1980s and today which make it difficult for crisis managers to get projects in crisis back on track.
