This week, these three articles were particularly inspiring:

Resilience is more than a buzzword  - (German language)
VUCA, Mindfulness or WOL - there are many buzzwords. Resilience is another buzzword that has been heard again and again for some time. Actually, it is much more than that. Resilience, or the defensive power of the mind, is important for your mental health. If your natural resilience is currently not high, then don't worry - because resilience, like a muscle, can be trained. However, this does not mean that you have to accept and endure everything. What is more important is that you take time for yourself and get less troubled about things you have no control over. Mario Hauff explains in his article what other steps you can take to increase your resilience. And always remember his words: "Resilient people are the basis for resilient teams".

The Kano Model: Developing for Value and Delight
Are you and your team currently in the initial phase of a product development and you are concerned with the features your product should have? It should of course stand out from the competition, but customers must not be disappointed because essential features are missing. In such situations, the use of the Kano model can be useful. This model was developed by Dr. Noriaki Kano for the field of quality management and is intended to help you in exactly such situations. The framework deals with three different questions: What qualities are expected by the customer? Which features pay off in the end in relation to investment? Which features excite customers and cause surprises for them? Saurabh Pandey and Mark Schettenhelm give you more useful tips on what to consider when creating a Kano model.

Should a Team Assign Work During Sprint Planning?
Implementing agile project management can be a challenge for some companies, for example if the underlying corporate culture interferes with the agile mindset or if the team members have not yet achieved full autonomy. In some agile projects, the latter can lead to tasks already being distributed among the developers for further processing during sprint planning, although some tasks are only needed at a later point in time - ultimately, the flexibility of the agile approach suffers. But in some situations it still makes sense to assign work during sprint planning, for example if the team is still relatively inexperienced in the agile environment and needs the security that all work will be distributed evenly and fairly. You can find out what else there is to know about the topic of "work distribution during sprint planning" in the entire article.
