If you are a leader working with agile teams, then this blog post is just perfect for you: Nadja Obenaus presents five ideas with suitable exercises to promote self-organisation in agile teams. In her opinion, clear rules and good self-reflection are essential for proper self-organisation. In doing so, don't just leave the team alone. Instead, set an example - because self-organisation starts with oneself! It is equally important to allow autonomous action and to agree to full disclosure when dealing with your team. Become part of the team and hand over responsibility to the team - only in this way self-organisation in the team will succeed.

OKR, KPI, SMART & MBO: Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede
Have you heard the above terms many times before? But if you don't spontaneously know what is meant by these acronyms and how they are distinguished, Andrea Windolph can help you. MBO stands for Management by Objectives, which is about setting goals as a manager and measuring them against predetermined criteria. The further development of MBO is Objective Key Results (OKR). These deal with the goals that are set and the associated definitions of results. Similar to OKR, SMART also deals with goals. However, SMART is not concerned with implementation, but with the formulation of goals.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and OKR can be well combined: To improve a key performance indicator, an OKR is the result.
