Both dimensions show a considerable positive influence on the success of the company. The value creation potential per mindset dimension over a period of 8 years for German SMEs amounts € 5.44 billion for the mindset dimension openness & agility and € 6.80 billion for proactivity & entrepreneurial action orientation.
