He holds MBA and M.Sc in Project Management Technology from Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) in Nigeria. He has implemented technical and strategic projects in telecommunications sector. Abdelsalam Eljaroshi (MBA) is a project and programme management specialist, consultant and coach. He has a background in civil and environmental engineering (PG diploma) and system engineering (BSc), with more than eight years of experience in various project management and coordination positions. He has been involved in diverse projects, from plant construction to telecommunications. He was programme assistant and coordinator in various education and development projects for UNICEF, Save the Children and the Libyan Ministry for Education. He has worked as project and process planning consultant for major international plant engineering companies. Today, he is a consultant to project, programme and portfolio managers at a diverse range of companies. Dr. Jörg-Ulrich Knobloch, Certified International Project Manager (IAPM), has over 45 years of experience as a manager and project manager. Over a more than twenty year period he ascended the management ranks to Deputy Commander of the Armed Forces Military Branch. Dr. Knobloch was involved in operational task scheduling and implementation, and to a great extent in analysing and making any necessary changes to the psychosocial situation in the Military Branch‘s management structures. 
After leaving active service, he spent more than 10 years in Asia where he worked in the field of international technical contract implementation. Since 2005 he has been involved in the preparation and implementation of international energy efficiency projects in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia and Uzbekistan.

Chandamita Pathak is currently working as a Product/Project Manager at a reputed food engineering company with global presence. She is responsible for overall product strategy, the research & development set-up and working on the development of new products in her organisation. In addition to this she has been actively involved in international/global projects as project manager.
Chandamita is originally from the beautiful state of Assam in the north-eastern part of India. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunication and has presented her work at numerous national and international conferences. Chandamita then moved to Texas, USA to do her MS in Electrical Engineering and subsequently an MBA at the Texas Tech University.  While studying for her master’s degree she played an active role in student organisations and took up various positions of responsibility.

Dr Cristina-Elena Baisan specialises in industrial performance, project management and Lean Six Sigma methods and applications. She has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management and a master’s degree in engineering and complex project management. After completing several internships in Romania at various FMCG organisations and NGOs, she gained international experience during a semester spent abroad at Linköping University in Sweden, and during a 1-year engineering traineeship programme in Yokohama, Japan.
 
In 2015, she obtained a PhD degree in industrial engineering, writing a thesis entitled “The Theory and Development of Sustainable Knowledge Systems”. It covers topics such as sustainability-oriented methods – quality, creativity, competency and student-centred learning, higher education institution courses for a sustainable society, lean manufacturing in industry to support the development of a sustainable economy, the basic concept for an innovative online knowledge platform for sustainable methods and technologies. She also initiated the development of an innovative online knowledge platform for sustainable methods and technologies, www.greenpedia.ro, which she hopes will become a Wikipedia-like platform on sustainability.
 
Cristina has been a Certified Project Manager (IAPM) since 2016. She has held various positions, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, which have allowed her to apply her project management knowledge in practice.

Wilhelm Feldt (M.Eng.) is a project consultant with almost 20 years of experience as course manager and certified project management trainer. Since 1993 he has been Managing Director of a company providing project consultancy and project management training services, mainly in respect of road construction and organisational projects. Wilhelm has managed complex transport infrastructure projects and worked as a superintendent at the Deutsche Reichsbahn railroad company until 1990. Sandra Goll has a Master of Business Administration and more than 10 years of experience in business consulting and project management. She has been involved in the management and implementation of highly complex projects and programmes at various corporations in Switzerland and abroad. As IAPM and IPMA-certified Senior Project Manager, she has implemented technical and strategic projects in various sectors, including telecommunications, energy, financial services and banking, also Scrum projects. She earned recognition for her role as Project Office Manager in the "Hermes - Technical Delivery" project which won the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement (GPM)‘s Project Management Award in 2005. Today, Sandra works as a freelance consultant and project management trainer.

Dr. Christopher Hausmann is a project consultant. He has been a project management trainer and lecturer at various colleges and universities, including the Delmenhorst Academy and the University of Bremen, since 1999. In 2003 he founded an agency called Projekt:Contor which provides competent and comprehensive support to project personnel from project concept to project close-out. Dr. Michael Homberg has been working as project management consultant, trainer, coach and moderator for more than 20 years. As Certified Project Management Trainer (IAPM) he prepares IAPM certification candidates for various certifications.

The credo of the company that he founded in 1995, Management-Beratung Dr. Homberg, is “Always address the customer’s needs by designing, setting up, rolling out and optimising a project management concept that reflects the organisation’s level of maturity.” 
Dr. Homberg has decades of project management experience. He has been involved in the development of project management systems for manufacturing and service enterprises and headed a project to redevelop a recycling plant which remained in operation throughout the entire project.

She has been employed with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in the Czech Republic since 2013, where she is responsible for logistics projects. Udo Schmidt is a Certified Senior, Agile and International Project Manager (IAPM) who has been working in the areas of quality and project management for more than 30 years. He has held diverse management positions at corporations such as Krupp and Körber, including Project Manager and Head of Project Management for large equipment and machinery construction in turnkey projects, and Quality Officer. In 2000 he founded his own company, us4quality, which specialises in equipment, machine, rail vehicle and ship construction as well as automotive projects, and he performs consultant and interim management functions in these projects. (FH) Uwe Stolle is a Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM) and has worked for over 30 years in various project implementation and project management roles on behalf of clients and for consultancy firms and IT systems companies.  In his roles as a consultant, a project manager and as Head of Consulting with INNEO Solutions GmbH since 2007, he has managed and supported projects that focus on the implementation of engineering software (CAx-PLM) for companies operating internationally, including automotive suppliers, aircraft manufacturers and upper midsize firms in the mechanical engineering, plant construction and medical technology sectors. Igor Syromyatnikov, Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM), has more than 30 years of experience as manager, project manager and business analyst in large-scale organisational projects. For more than ten years he was Deputy Chair at the Russian Federation Ministry of Defence’s Military University. Michael Walliser, Ph.D. is a Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM) who has been working in project management for ten years. Ralph Wehrli is a Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM). He is an internal and external project manager with more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure, IT and organisational projects in the sectors of energy, transport, retail/logistics, post and financial services. Ralph Wehrli gained his competence and experience in national and international projects. Robert Marshall is a Consulting Project Manager with over 25 years of public service experience in the field of information technology.  He holds Bachelor’s (B.A.) and Master’s (M.S.) degrees from The George Washington University; is a graduate of Harvard University’s Senior Executive Fellows Program; and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI). While serving as a Director with U.S. General Services Administration, he was recognized by the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) as a Senior Expert in Program and Project Management.  He completed doctorate work at the International Centre for Analysis and Project Management (CIMAP) at SKEMA Business School, Lille, France.  His publications include articles in Contract Management Magazine, the Journal of Contract Management, and International Journal of Managing Projects in Business, Public CIO Magazine, and the Korean Journal of Earned Value Management; as well as in China Project Technology Magazine.  He currently serves on the Project Management Journal’s Editorial Advisory Team, and is a past Chairman of the Earned Value Management Technical Committee of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE).
